As part of the National Day of Prayer earlier this spring, our Upper School Praise Team led the national anthem as well as two worship songs in recognition of the event at the State Capitol.
They sang and played for both members of the Richmond community as well as governmental leaders.
The National Day of Prayer is an annual day of observance designated by the United States Congress and held on the first Thursday of May, when people are asked "to turn to God in prayer and meditation."
