Tiffani Cubbage

Tiffani is a Chesterfield native who found her way to Banner Christian School after praying for a biblically grounded Christian school for her son. She holds a Master of Teaching and a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Early and Elementary Education PK-6 from Virginia Commonwealth University, where she also earned a certification in English for grades 6-12. Her passion lies in teaching children to love learning, especially reading, and giving them the skills to pursue knowledge independently.

Tiffani’s teaching approach encourages curiosity, kindness, perseverance, and joy in learning. She believes that every child has a unique plan from God and seeks to help her students recognize and celebrate their own talents and those of others. In her classroom, she hopes to foster a warm, family-like atmosphere that students will remember for years to come.

Outside the classroom, Tiffani enjoys baking, gardening, reading, camping, and spending time in nature.
